Privacy Policy

Account data. Name, email, and profile image when you sign in with Google, GitHub, or other login methods we offer.

Diagram content. Diagram source, layouts, titles, folders, share settings, and version history you create or import.

Usage & billing. Plan status, subscription identifiers, coupon redemptions, and limited usage metrics (for example daily AI or export limits). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

AI inputs. Text prompts, images you upload for diagram scan, and related requests sent to our AI providers to generate or refine diagrams.

Technical data. Basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and request timing needed to operate and secure the service.

Waitlist. Email and platform preference if you join the desktop waitlist.

• Email you about desktop availability if you joined the waitlist

We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including hosting, database, authentication, payments (Stripe), and AI (OpenAI). They only receive what is needed to perform those services.

Public or unlisted share links and embeds expose the diagram content you choose to share. Private diagrams stay private to your account (and team members if Team features apply).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and our users from fraud or abuse.

We keep account and diagram data while your account is active. Deleted diagrams may remain briefly in trash or backups. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and tax. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, and provider security features). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

SayDiagram is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. We will post the new date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate.
