Invites and roles

The Team owner or an Admin invites people from Profile → Team by email (or CSV bulk invite). Choose Member, Admin, or Viewer — and change roles later without re-inviting.

  • Up to 5 Member/Admin editors (owner’s invite cap).
  • Unlimited Viewers.
  • Invite email plus a copyable accept link (valid 14 days).
  • Domain auto-join can let matching emails join automatically.
  • Multi-workspace: you can belong to more than one Team.

Members inherit Pro quotas while the Team subscription is active. Viewers can view and comment but not edit.

Comments and co-edit

  • Async comments with @mentions (in-app notifications; email when configured).
  • Realtime co-edit on Team diagrams.
  • Collaborator links from Diagram access (comment or edit) for people outside the workspace without burning a seat.
  • Ownership transfer keeps billing on the billing user.
  • Org public-share lock when you need to restrict Public links.
