Visibility levels

  • Private — only you (and people with diagram access) can open it.
  • Unlisted — anyone with the link can view; not listed publicly.
  • Public — shareable read-only page at /d/[slug].

Change visibility from Share in the editor. Free plans may keep up to 3 diagrams as Public or Unlisted combined. Pro and Team include unlimited sharing.

Team share lock

Team workspaces can lock public sharing from Profile → Team (org share lock). When locked, members cannot publish Public diagrams for that workspace.

Custom branding

Pro and Team can add custom branding on share and embed pages from Profile.
