Folders and favorites

The dashboard lists your diagrams with search. Use folders to group work and favorites to pin what you open often.

  • Free: up to 3 folders.
  • Pro and Team: unlimited folders.

Trash

Deleted diagrams move to trash so you can restore them. Empty trash when you are sure you no longer need them.

Version history

SayDiagram keeps rolling snapshots plus pinned versions you tag yourself.

  • Free: last 5 versions + 3 pins.
  • Pro / Team: longer history (12 versions + 8 pins).
