User Data Deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to SayDiagram Marketing Studio, or otherwise used SayDiagram with Meta, you can request deletion of related data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@saydiagram.com with subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include the email address on your SayDiagram account and, if applicable, the Facebook Page or Instagram username you connected.
3. We will remove stored Meta connection tokens and related marketing connection records, and process account deletion when requested, within 30 days (sooner when practical).

What we delete

• Facebook / Instagram OAuth tokens and connection metadata
• Account profile data associated with your SayDiagram user
• Diagrams and workspace content you own (on full account deletion)

Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and tax. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disconnect without full deletion

Admins can disconnect Meta from Marketing → Connections in the SayDiagram admin console. That removes stored Page/Instagram tokens without deleting your whole account.
